Why this one has to be painted by hand
Portraits are where a print fails hardest, because skin is made of a dozen small colour shifts. A painter puts those back in the shadow side, where a press just lays down grey.

This one reads well in a study or library. Because the painter works freehand on a blank canvas we keep the proportions of the original rather than cropping to fit, so an unusually wide or tall composition stays honest at any size.
Questions people ask before ordering
What size should I order for Untitled?
Most collectors take a portrait between 20 x 16 in and 30 x 24 in — big enough for the face to carry, small enough to stay intimate. If your wall needs something else, say so and we quote it.
Is Untitled in the public domain?
Alphonse Mucha died in 1939, which puts this work in the public domain — commissioning a hand-painted reproduction is legal, and owning one is legal anywhere in the world. We never pass ours off as the original and never issue certificates of authenticity.
How long does a hand-painted version take?
Roughly two to four weeks of studio time depending mostly on size and how much impasto the surface carries, then several more days for the oil to set before we can photograph and pack it. We send photographs of your actual painting for approval before anything ships.
How close will it be to the original?
It is painted by hand from the same image you are looking at, so it is a painting of the painting, not a scan. Expect the composition, colour and drawing to follow the original closely, and expect the brushwork to be our painter's own — that is the point of commissioning one. You approve photographs before it ships.
