From a single easel to a Dafen hub
We started in 2016 as a small painting workshop in Dafen Village. A decade later we are a fully integrated studio — artists, inventory and export desk under one roof.
Dafen Oil Painting Village in Shenzhen produces an estimated 60% of the world's hand-painted oil paintings. We grew up inside that ecosystem, which means direct access to dozens of professional artists across every style — classical, impressionist, abstract, photorealistic — without the markup of a Western middleman.
Today we operate as Shenzhen Adam Art Co., Ltd. (深圳市亚当艺术有限公司): a registered enterprise with import & export trading in its business scope. We serve both ends of the market — bulk wholesale for galleries and retailers, and single bespoke portraits for individual clients — from the same warehouse.
- 2016Studio founded in Dafen Oil Painting Village, Shenzhen.
- 2018Built a standing inventory of 3,000+ finished paintings across styles.
- 2020Expanded export desk; began regular shipments to galleries and hotels overseas.
- 2024Exhibited at the Shenzhen International Art Expo; grew partner-artist network to 50+.
- 2026Launched the Dafen Art Hub online storefront for direct global orders.
