We are a working studio inside Dafen Oil Painting Village, Shenzhen — the cluster that has been painting for the world's hotels, restaurant groups and retailers for three decades. We take orders from ten pieces to several hundred, run them as one project, and photograph every finished piece before anything is packed.

Different buyers want different things from the same village. Tell us which one you are and we will quote accordingly — the brief, the tolerances and the packing are not the same for a hotel corridor and a retail shelf.
Lobbies, corridors, guest rooms and F&B. We work from your mood board, fabric swatches and room photographs, and match colour to the interior rather than to a catalogue.
One feature wall or a full set of rooms. We plan backwards from your installation date and pack to your site sequence, so the pieces arrive in the order your installers need them.
The same artwork repeated across five or fifty locations, with handling consistent enough that a replacement piece three years later still matches the wall next to it.
Repeatable ranges, your own labels and packaging, carton quantities that suit your fulfilment line rather than ours.
Canvas-only, rolled, or stretched and framed to your profile and finish. We can work to your existing moulding supplier if you already have one.
Offices, hospitals, cruise and staged sets — including the awkward briefs: very large single canvases, unusual aspect ratios, and fire-rating paperwork where a project needs it.
These are the figures we plan around. Every project is quoted on its own brief — if your numbers are different, message us and we will tell you straight whether we are the right shop for it.
Trade pricing starts at ten pieces of the same design. Below that, single custom orders are usually the better route.
For a fifty-piece run at mixed sizes, after sample approval. Larger or more complex work extends this and we will say so in the quote.
We build, stretch and brace large single canvases in-house, and crate them for freight instead of rolling.
We paint one piece first. Once you approve the colour, handling and finish, the rest of the run is matched to it.
70% to start, 30% after you have seen photographs of the finished pieces and before we ship.
Tracked worldwide shipping on every order, corner-protected and boxed. We ship DAP — import duties and taxes are the buyer's.
Figures above are planning ranges, not a fixed promise. Your quote states the actual number for your order.
Six steps. The only step where money moves without you seeing anything is the first one — after that, you approve a real painting before we make fifty more of it.
Photographs of the space, dimensions, quantities, reference images, and the date the art has to be on the wall. A rough mood board is enough to start.
Price per piece by size and complexity, plus framing, packing and freight to your door. T/T payments take 3% off; PayPal invoice is fine for smaller runs.
We paint one piece to the brief and photograph it properly — colour, surface, edges, the way it sits under light. You approve or tell us what to change.
Painters are assigned to the run and we update you at the checkpoints we agreed. Tell us what to adjust and we adjust it — that is how the sample stage works.
Every piece is photographed before packing. This is where you see the actual work, not a mock-up, and where any last adjustments happen.
Corner protection, boxing or crating, tracked dispatch worldwide. You get the tracking number the day it leaves.
Dafen is not one studio with a payroll. It is a cluster: canvas and stretcher makers, pigment and brush suppliers, frame workshops, print and packaging shops, and several hundred independent painters — many of them within a ten-minute walk of each other. That is the supply chain we plug into.
The trade side of this industry has a reputation problem, and most of it is deserved. These are our limits — we would rather lose an order than promise something we cannot stand behind.
Every piece is a hand-painted reproduction, clearly described as such. We do not issue authenticity certificates, and we do not reproduce work by artists still under copyright.
Adjustments happen at the sample and finished-photo stages, where they are cheap and honest. Tell us what to adjust and we adjust it — we do not promise endless rounds.
We pack properly and track everything. We do not promise compensation for carrier damage; if a piece arrives damaged, we work with you and the carrier on the claim.
We ship DAP. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are the buyer's responsibility, and we will not quote a price that pretends otherwise.
Master reproductions are limited to public-domain works. If you want a contemporary look, we commission an original in that spirit instead.
If your deadline is unrealistic for the quantity, we tell you at quote stage rather than agreeing and missing it.
Trade pricing starts at ten pieces of the same design. Smaller quantities go through the custom-order route instead.
Yes. Send a photograph of the material in daylight along with your room photos — physical swatches by post work even better for large projects.
70% deposit, 30% after you approve finished photographs. Bank T/T takes 3% off the total; PayPal invoice is available for smaller runs.
Yes, and we would rather you did. See the visit page for what a trade visit covers — studios, sample wall, packing, and a same-day quote.
We ship tracked worldwide to every country and region we can legally serve. Freight is quoted to your door, DAP.
Yes. Your moulding, your labels, your packaging and your carton quantities — tell us at brief stage so it can be built into the quote.
Room photos, sizes, quantities and the date it needs to be on the wall. That is enough for us to quote — and if we are not the right shop for it, we will say so.
