Reading the canvas
A landscape that refuses to be scenery. Homeward "label QS:Len,"Homeward " gives you the place without putting anyone in it, and the brushwork stays visible all the way through — you can read the order it was painted in.
Homeward "label QS:Len,"Homeward ". Our painter follows the same logic rather than copying a photograph of it: the far distances go down cool and weak, the near ground stays loaded, and nothing is blended flat.

Why paint it by hand
What you lose in a print is the air. The original puts hazier, cooler paint between you and the horizon; a press prints the haze as a flat wash. Handled by hand the far ground goes back where it belongs.
Every canvas is painted to order, so the quote follows your size, frame and destination rather than a fixed list. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we reply with an exact figure, usually within the hour. No resellers, no drop-shipper. The painter's studio handles your commission from first message to final crate.
What size works
You are choosing the canvas, not picking from stock. These are the sizes that come up most often:
| Size (inches) | Size (cm) | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 48 × 36 in | 122 × 91 cm | Large living room, stairwell, loft |
| 40 × 30 in | 102 × 76 cm | Living room focal wall, above a sofa |
| 32 × 24 in | 81 × 61 cm | Living room, above a sideboard |
| 30 × 24 in | 76 × 61 cm | Dining room, bedroom feature wall |
| 24 × 20 in | 60 × 50 cm | Study, home office, above a desk |
These are reference points. We will size the canvas to your wall, not the other way round. Framing and shipping are quoted separately. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility (DAP).
Give us your size and framing preference and you will have a quote shortly.

This one reads well in a hallway where the view is the point. Nothing gets cropped to suit a standard canvas. We build to the original's dimensions and scale from there.
What people ask us
What if it does not look right to me?
We send photographs of the actual painting for your approval before anything ships. That is the moment to tell us what to adjust.
Is it legal to own a reproduction?
Yes. The painting is in the public domain, so reproducing it is legal and owning one is legal anywhere in the world. We never pass ours off as the original.
How long does a hand-painted version take?
Roughly two to four weeks of studio time, depending mostly on size and how much impasto the surface carries, then several more days for the oil to set before we photograph, pack and send.
