What is actually happening
Charles-Théodore Frère opens the view wide here — La Caravane La Caravanetitle Caravane "label QS:Lfr gives you the place without putting anyone in it. The land is built in layers, each one a different temperature of the same colour, so the eye walks into the distance instead of stopping at the frame.
La Caravane La Caravanetitle Caravane "label QS:Lfr. Our painter follows the same logic rather than copying a photograph of it: the far distances go down cool and weak, the near ground stays loaded, and nothing is blended flat.

What makes it hard to copy
Landscape is the first thing printing ruins. The press gives you the same green at fifty metres as at five, and the whole point of the picture was that they are not the same green. A painter rebuilds that difference pass by pass, and the depth returns.
Every canvas is painted to order, so the quote follows your size, frame and destination rather than a fixed list. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we reply with an exact figure, usually within the hour. You are buying from the workshop, not a catalogue.
What size works
The canvas is cut to your wall. For reference, these are the dimensions clients request most:
| Size (inches) | Size (cm) | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 24 × 20 in | 60 × 50 cm | Study, home office, above a desk |
| 20 × 16 in | 50 × 40 cm | Bedroom, hallway, above a console |
| 16 × 12 in | 40 × 30 cm | A shelf, a small wall, a gallery group |
| 64 × 48 in | 163 × 122 cm | Villa scale, lobby, hospitality wall |
Treat this as a starting point. We cut canvases to whatever the wall requires. Frames and delivery are priced once you have chosen them. Any duties or import taxes are payable by the buyer (DAP).

It sits naturally on a large living room wall where it can be read from across the room. The painter works freehand on a blank canvas, so we keep the proportions of the original rather than cropping to fit — an unusually wide or tall composition stays honest at any size.
What people ask us
What size should I order?
You choose the size. Each canvas is cut to your measurements rather than pulled from stock, so tell us the wall dimensions and we will tell you what proportion works.
How do I clean and care for it?
Dust lightly with a dry, soft brush and keep it out of direct sun. Nothing else is needed for decades; oil paint is slow to change and easy to live with.
Do you frame it?
Framing is quoted separately, so you can decide once you have seen the finished canvas in photographs.
