Reading the canvas
Léon Belly opens the view wide here — View of Shubra gives you the place without putting anyone in it. The land is built in layers, each one a different temperature of the same colour, so the eye walks into the distance instead of stopping at the frame.
View of Shubra. Our painter follows the same logic rather than copying a photograph of it: the far distances go down cool and weak, the near ground stays loaded, and nothing is blended flat.

What a print loses
Landscape is the first thing printing ruins. The press gives you the same green at fifty metres as at five, and the whole point of the picture was that they are not the same green. A painter rebuilds that difference pass by pass, and the depth returns.
Every canvas is painted to order, so the quote follows your size, frame and destination rather than a fixed list. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we reply with an exact figure, usually within the hour. You are buying from the workshop, not a catalogue.
Sizing it
The canvas is cut to your wall. For reference, these are the dimensions clients request most:
| Size (inches) | Size (cm) | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 30 × 24 in | 76 × 61 cm | Dining room, bedroom feature wall |
| 24 × 20 in | 60 × 50 cm | Study, home office, above a desk |
| 20 × 16 in | 50 × 40 cm | Bedroom, hallway, above a console |
| 16 × 12 in | 40 × 30 cm | A shelf, a small wall, a gallery group |
Custom sizes are welcome — if your wall needs something between these, or larger, say so and we will quote it. Frames and delivery are priced once you have chosen them. Any duties or import taxes are payable by the buyer (DAP).

It sits naturally in a dining room, where the horizontals echo the table. The painter works freehand on a blank canvas, so we keep the proportions of the original rather than cropping to fit — an unusually wide or tall composition stays honest at any size.
Questions worth asking
Is there a rush option?
It depends on the canvas and what else is in the studio. Ask on WhatsApp with your size and we will tell you straight what is possible.
What happens after I message you?
You tell us the painting, size and whether you want a frame. We quote, a painter starts on your canvas, and you get photographs before it ships.
Can I get this in a size that is not listed?
Yes — the listed sizes are the common requests, not a limit. Very wide or unusually tall proportions are routine for us.
