The painting itself
Depth is handled by temperature here more than by size.
Aerial perspective is pushed further than it strictly should be, and it works.
No date is firmly attached to it; it is catalogued under Nasreddine Dinet.

Why this one cannot be printed
A print flattens a landscape into a poster: the distance collapses, and the sky stops being weather. Painted by hand the depth comes back, because the painter mixes a cooler, weaker version of every colour for the far ground and lets the near ground stay loaded.
Because we paint to order, the honest answer is: it depends on size, texture and frame. Send the three on WhatsApp and we will quote properly. You deal directly with the studio that paints it — no reseller layer.
Choosing a size
Every canvas is painted to order, so the size is yours to choose. These are the ones people ask for most:
| Size (inches) | Size (cm) | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 32 × 24 in | 81 × 61 cm | Living room, above a sideboard |
| 30 × 24 in | 76 × 61 cm | Dining room, bedroom feature wall |
| 24 × 20 in | 60 × 50 cm | Study, home office, above a desk |
| 20 × 16 in | 50 × 40 cm | Bedroom, hallway, above a console |
| 16 × 12 in | 40 × 30 cm | A shelf, a small wall, a gallery group |
| 64 × 48 in | 163 × 122 cm | Villa scale, lobby, hospitality wall |
The table covers the common cases. Odd proportions are handled the same way. We quote the canvas first; framing and shipping come after. Import duties and taxes fall to the buyer (DAP).
Send the wall, the size and whether you want a frame, and we will quote.

In practice it works best in a bedroom, opposite the foot of the bed. Because each canvas is built from scratch, we follow the original's proportions instead of trimming the image to a standard shape. Panoramic and vertical formats are both fine.
The practical questions
How close will it be to the original?
The composition, colour and drawing follow the original closely; the brushwork carries the painter's own hand. The painter works freehand on a blank canvas, following the same logic as the original rather than copying a photograph.
How do I know what size will look right?
Measure the wall and send a photograph. We will say honestly if the canvas you have in mind is too small for the space, which is the most common mistake.
Do you work from my own photograph?
Yes, though that is a separate service. This page is for a hand-painted version of Étienne La Balançoire Huile sur toile; for a photo-to-painting commission, send the image on WhatsApp.
