What the painter is doing here
A landscape that refuses to be scenery. Juive de Tangerlabel QS:Lfr,"Juive de Tanger" gives you the place without putting anyone in it, and the brushwork stays visible all the way through — you can read the order it was painted in.
Juive de Tangerlabel QS:Lfr,"Juive de Tanger". Our painter follows the same logic rather than copying a photograph of it: the far distances go down cool and weak, the near ground stays loaded, and nothing is blended flat.

Why hand-painting matters here
What you lose in a print is the air. The original puts hazier, cooler paint between you and the horizon; a press prints the haze as a flat wash. Handled by hand the far ground goes back where it belongs.
Every canvas is painted to order, so the quote follows your size, frame and destination rather than a fixed list. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we reply with an exact figure, usually within the hour. No resellers, no drop-shipper. The painter's studio handles your commission from first message to final crate.
Canvas sizes
You are choosing the canvas, not picking from stock. These are the sizes that come up most often:
| Size (inches) | Size (cm) | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 40 × 30 in | 102 × 76 cm | Living room focal wall, above a sofa |
| 32 × 24 in | 81 × 61 cm | Living room, above a sideboard |
| 30 × 24 in | 76 × 61 cm | Dining room, bedroom feature wall |
| 24 × 20 in | 60 × 50 cm | Study, home office, above a desk |
| 20 × 16 in | 50 × 40 cm | Bedroom, hallway, above a console |
If you need a panoramic or an unusually tall canvas, that is a normal request here. Framing and shipping are quoted separately. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility (DAP).
Give us your size and framing preference and you will have a quote shortly.

This one reads well over a sofa or sideboard. Nothing gets cropped to suit a standard canvas. We build to the original's dimensions and scale from there.
Before you order
Does changing the size change the composition?
No — we keep the original's proportions and scale from there, rather than cropping the image to fit a standard frame.
How long does a hand-painted version take?
Roughly two to four weeks of studio time, depending mostly on size and how much impasto the surface carries, then several more days for the oil to set before we photograph, pack and send.
Is it really painted by hand?
Yes. We hand-paint from public-domain source images, do not sell prints, and never claim the original.
